Service Levels

When you choose our Single Service Management Care plan, a one time service offering, we market your property, screen and place the tenant with a lease and once the tenant has moved in, we’re no longer involved with the tenant or the management of the property.  We’ll hand the lease over to you to manage and look forward to working with you again in the future.

With our Full Service Management Care plan, we market your property, screen and place the tenant with a lease and continue working with the tenant and managing your property as your representative.  If you choose this service level, we look forward to working with you on an ongoing basis.

Move In/
Market Ready

We typically film the virtual video tour and photographs within 24 to 48 hours following our receipt of the signed property management agreement, completed onboarding forms and keys/remotes.  Move in/market ready means the property has been professionally cleaned, is vacant and free of personal property and debris of any kind and any required repairs identified in the survey inspection report have been completed and verified.  When you engage our services, we give you a market preparation guide which includes a market preparation and cleaning checklist.

Publishing

When the property is move in/market ready, we write an amazing property description, place a sign in the yard or elsewhere on the property as permitted by the rules and begin marketing the property at ADDRESSLEY.COM, ZILLOW.COM, TRULIA.COM, REALTOR.COM and many other popular property rental search portals. Our network of real estate brokers and agents and relocation offices broaden our advertising reach for maximum exposure.

Tours

We use advanced self-touring technology that allows a prospective tenant to securely tour a vacant property without the presence of an agent.  It’s just one of many aspects of our business where we invest in technology to save property owners money on management fees.

Prospective renters locate our property listings and register online.  The security system vets the prospects identification, selfie and credit card and performs an AI-powered fraud detection screening.  Once approved, the prospective renter will receive a one-time entry code to gain access into the property.
