- Qualifying credit score of 650+

Leases
We complete and generate for tenant and landlord electronic signature California Association of Realtors© leases/rental agreements. Property owners are designated as the ‘landlord’ in all lease/rental agreements. Addressley does not act, and is not referred to as, landlord for leasing or any other purpose.
Rent Collection
We make paying rent easy and our systems alert us about rents that aren’t received on the due date affording us the opportunity to send the tenant a reminder. We find that a little kindness goes a long way and that well respected tenants result in lower vacancy rates.
When tenants initiate deposits through our Tenant Portal, we transfer them to your designated bank account via ACH. Security deposits aren’t held by Addressley and rental payments are transferred to you as described in the property management agreement.
