Thorough screening is the key to
successful property management.

All applicants complete a detailed application and submit it for processing and approval. All applicants must submit verifiable information about their income to demonstrate that they can support the rental payments. Rental history and/or previous property ownership is also reviewed.

We examine the following for each tenant:

  • Credit
  • Criminal
  • Evictions
  • Employment
  • Income
  • History
  • Referrals
  • Pets
  • Smoking

Income and credit criteria:

  • 3 times rent to income ratio
  • Qualifying credit score of 650+
  • 2 months paycheck stubs
